The office remains open 24 hours. In case there are participants who need accommodation and have not informed us so far, please do so immediately.
2. Except for the first session , please contact the person coordinating each session if you want to speak/ intervene in that session before the session starts.
3. Please bring material-books/ posters etc for display/ sale. inform us if you require a table for that.
